CEO, Co-Founder of ROI Logistics Inc.
Jeff Messick is the Co-Founder of ROI. He is responsible for long-term strategic planning, domestic/international expansion, enhancing synergy between clients and channel partners, working closely with software developers in research/development, continuous process improvements strategies that assist applicable contacts in maximizing return on investment and/or increasing revenue.
Prior to founding ROI, Jeff held Supply Chain Management/Logistics positions for companies such as Mayo Clinic, TNT Logistics North America and the United States Navy. Some of his past experience includes responsibility for large warehouse operations, freight management, various related operations, financial impact analysis, initiatives involving ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) deployment, implementing logistics technology solutions, outsourcing services, supply chain process flow and infrastructure design to name a few.
Jeff obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Transportation and Logistics from the University of North Florida (UNF) in 2001. He is certified in Transportation and Logistics (CTL) and is the current President of the American Society of Transportation and Logistics of Jacksonville (ASTL of Jacksonville). Jeff is currently working on a LLM (Masters of Logistics Law) at the Florida Coastal School of Law. He is also working with key members at Mayo Clinic in an effort to increase industry specific education by way of creating a unified strategic relationship with the appropriate contacts at UNF and AHRMM. Jeff sits on the Dean’s advisory council at UNF, the Logistics advisory council at Florida State College in addition to being on the Logistics career academy Boards at Lee High School and NB Forrest High School. Jeff is also working with the NE Florida AHRMM chapter/Board so as to assist them in enhancing membership and so forth.
Jeff and others at ROI work closely with the Continuing Education department at UNF to provide practical technology solutions with participants navigating through the CTL program. ROI is forming a Supply Chain Management/Logistics Technology Certification Program in conjunction with UNF. Jeff continues to pursue supply chain management/logistics knowledge at UNF and other organizations offering curriculum affiliated with this profession.

CIO of ROI Logistics Inc.
Mr. Isenbeck has 23 years of IT experience and 18 years of B2B/EDI experience. He started his career as a junior programmer after graduating the University of South Florida in 1993, with a Management Information Systems degree. By age of 26, he was named EDI Coordinator of Philips Electronics (North American Division). After Philips sold their North American semi-conductor division, he joined up Tampa, FL based CommerceQuest, where he blended his B2B/EDI skills with IBM Websphere software that specialized in systems integration. In 2003, Mr. Isenbeck started his company by providing IT Staffing to companies that had needs of integrating their ERP systems. His company then later evolved into helping companies perform SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and implementing new EDI systems. Mr. Isenbeck’s strength is combining business problem solving skills along with his deep technical knowledge.

Leverages GIS technologies to provide life-time value its customers. Whether developing a project from the ground up, brokering a sale or lease, providing location analytics, this specialized group gets it done at the right place, price and time. Justin Clark, as Director of Real Estate, holds a Master’s in real estate finance from the University of Florida, an MBA from the University of North Florida and has what some call a PhD in commercial real estate through the coveted CCIM designation. He has developed office, warehouse and retail buildings throughout NE Florida and has become an expert in fast-tracking the building process from raw land, through entitlements, and to a completed project. He has consulted with numerous clients to develop client-centric metrics to assist in geo-locating and right-sizing real estate assets.

Brooke focuses on leading the consulting team in Sales and Deployment in IBM B2B Commerce, IT recruiting, and EDI Cloud. She was an excellent student who majored in Marketing at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Brooke spent the 1st part of her career as an IT recruiter. Sea Level is delighted to have Brooke leading our sales efforts with her new ideas and energy.

Enterprise Application Integration of ROI Logistics Inc.
Originally born in the Dominican Republic, Mr. Gonzalez came to the United States in 1989. After spending 12 years in New York City primarily doing iSeries/AS400 programming and database work, German relocated to Orlando, FL. In 2002, Mr. Gonzalez met Rick Isenbeck at Canadian Pacific Ships where they together worked on all of their new EDI/B2B development. German is a highly seasoned IT professional with big project experience surrounding Enterprise Integration, EDI/B2B, and Project Management. His ability to be an effective problem solver and team player blended with his high professional integrity bring a valuable combination to the organization and those he services. German enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf when he is not working. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Sina Venus is a commercial sales associate specializing in land sales and development. Being on both the ownership and brokerage side of deals gives Sina a unique perspective that he uses to best service his clients.
Before joining Property Theater, Sina spent two years with a brokerage covering all lines of commercial real estate, focusing on multi-family and land deals.Prior to that, Sina had a successful 15 year career in the banking industry as Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Procurement, managing operations and logistics within a major corporation.
Sina earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Florida.
Sina grew up in Jacksonville, FL and now resides in the San Marco area with his wife and 3 children.

Kelvin launched Taylored Analytics in 2007. In that role and previous roles, Kelvin has brought his extensive marketing experience and industry knowledge to Fortune 500 clients in the retail, restaurant, financial services, utility, and telecommunications industries. He has been a frequently requested speaker and participant in marketing and trade conferences sponsored by The Direct Marketing Association, the National Center for Database Marketing, and the Institute for International Research among many others.
Kelvin has built & led business intelligence teams specializing in the systematic process of increasing customer lifetime value through database design, lifestyle/behavioral segmentation, and statistical modeling.
Kelvin’s specific area of expertise centers on the application of statistical analysis to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of business-related decisions. Kelvin has equal interests in the management and creation of analytics as well as in the management and creation of the business and organizational processes required to make analytic insights a continual and disciplined part of the decision making process. Ensuring that companies effectively translate their financial goals into well-informed business strategies and tactics is what he is most passionate about.
Kelvin earned a B.S. in Mathematics & Economics from Morehouse College with an additional three years of Economics studies at University of Maryland College Park specializing in Econometrics and Game Theory. After graduate school, Kelvin worked as an Actuary for various consulting companies as well as the Department of Labor in Washington D.C.
Previously, Kelvin has held general management positions in the customer loyalty space serving as CEO & President of Maritz Loyalty Marketing and as President of Frequency Marketing, Inc.

Michael McAvoy is a professional problem solver with over 25 years of experience in Information Technology. His specialized background in risk management and compliance gives him a distinct advantage to craft best in class solutions that result in cheering and high fives among C-Level execs. Michael’s understanding of the relationship between financial reality, compliance and operational efficiency emboldens successful solutions and provides value to all stakeholders.
He is extremely excited about his new role at ROI Logistics where he will concentrate on improving process management in state and local government. The whole ROI Logistics team will join him in helping implement high-impact cost-effective solutions.
He would be amiss if he did not give due credit to his amazing wife and 3 daughters. As you might imagine, opportunities to solve complex problems abound with four women and 22 animals on a small ranch. Luckily, golf and CrossFit provide an opportunity to contemplate solutions – off-site!
